Posting in General Chat thread.   11/11/2017

it has been noted that too many Members are posting messages in the General Chat area instead of the correct Forums. Any messages posted in the General Chat area that are not General Chat will be deleted without warning and offenders may recieve warning points if repeated instances are seen from that Member. There are plenty of different Club areas that encompass 99% of Ford related posts, please select and use the correct one. If anyone is not sure of which area to post something then feel free to P/M myself or other Senior Staff for guidance. The Moderating Staff are having to spend far too much time chasing this problem instead of maintaining the other areas of the forum.

  1. Water Under Car

Thank you very much for all of your replies
  2. Water Under Car

I have a 2015 Ford Fiesta. I drove home with the air-conditioning on for approximately eight miles. When I got home I thought I saw some wet patches trailing behind me as I was parking the car. I didn't think anything of it, but when I looked underneath the car 10 minutes later, I found two wet patches. One was on the driver's side at the front of the car, the other was a larger patch which was roughly on the passenger side in the middle. I don't know anything about cars, but can confirm it was water (not petrol or oil). The water in the radiator hasn't dropped. I telephoned Vospers, and they told me it was the air-conditioning, but they seemed a little surprised that the wet patches were in two places, but were still adamant it was due to the air-conditioning being on. Please can you advise if what I have described does sound like what would normally happen if you had the air-conditioning on. Thanks.
