  1. It's good stuff but I personally use dodo juice supernatural leather cleaner and sealant, out of all the ones I've tried it's the best I've found in my opinion Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  2. I had a penny stuck in mine when I bought it, pain to get out, looks like you ha e something similar, I ended up using 2 flat precision screwdrivers to get it out Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  3. I have heard it that the abs does a check as you start off although it's not something I have ever looked into and as far as downsizing is concerned I def know where you are coming from, I've just got rid of my mapped 3.0d jag xf and bought a 1.0 ecoboost Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  4. Probably to make money, my dad had a kia ceed and his n\s drl kept going, it's a common issue on them luckily it was under warranty at the time but they kept replacing the whole unit and they were about 350 a pop. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  5. If an led blows then you generally have to replace the whole light unit, not sure if your able to replace individual leds but to crack open a headlight I used to put mine in an oven to warm the sealant up then use a Stanley blade to separate the sealant, although this was on BMW lights but should be the same for most manafacturers Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  6. Regarding the steering wheel I had the same, picked up the car a couple of weeks back, has done 33000 miles and the top of the wheel was wrecked, managed to get one off ebay in immaculate condition and changed it a couple of days ago Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  7. 33000 miles, the amount of wear was shocking, I was thinking of selling it but will see Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  8. All done, easiest steering wheel I have changed Pics of new and old attached Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  9. You should be OK, you will find the suspension stiffer so you will probably go over the bumps etc slower anyway Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  10. If wipes don't work autoglym I intensive tar remover works very well, it's also a glue and solvent remover and I've recently used it to get chewing gum out the carpet in my new car Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  11. Lol I hope so, the new one has arrived so the infested wheel will be off soon [emoji16] Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  12. Thank you so much, yeah generally Ive never had a problem too but I use a dedicated leather cleaner and sealant to keep the leather in good condition
  13. Im sorry if this has been covered before but I have searched around for this and cannot find anything related to it. I have a 65 plate focus with the 3 spoke steering wheel, the current one has de laminated due to the previous owner either having sweaty hands, used lots of hand cream or a combination of both! I have just managed to pick up a new one and will be replacing it shortly when I have an idea of changing it, normally its a couple of holes in the back of the wheel where you press a small screwdriver through to release the airbag, is it the same or as some cars I have seen have a torx behind them. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
  14. As above not new to Ford having owned a focus st250 and other cars, today has seen me put a deposit on a 2015 focus 1.0 ecoboost, a slight change from my current car a Jag XF 3.0d, wanted to reduce my outgoings and do a lot more town driving now so a change was needed, loved the test drive and felt the car was perfect for my needs, not got a delivery date yet but have started looking at what upgraded alarm to purchase for it Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
