  1. Thats what i was thinking, however if my aircon is off the fan doesnt kick in, as soon as i turn it on the fans come on instantly and stop it from overheating
  2. Fan works, gets 12v only problem now is I need to ever so slightly wiggle fan case it to get it started 😂
  3. Ill try it tomorrow, If the plug is getting 12v when air con is on, means i need a new fan assembly?
  4. Gonna borrow one from work tomorrow, do I just put air con on and see if plug going into fan is getting 12v?
  5. No the fan stays dead, checked fuses and relays and they seem all good
  6. My front intercooler fan isn’t turning on either, probably why I overheated in traffic, the leak could possibly be the coolant boiling and leaking out one of the lines?
  7. It is? My coolant has dropped from above max to below min so im not too sure
  8. Was in heavy traffic on the way home and got an engine coolant temp light come on, got home and checked underside and found this?, Checked most reachable coolant pipes on the top/bottom end and couldnt feel anything wet seems like its somewhere under the battery, any ideas?
  9. I've got a 1.6 Zetec S Petrol and recently swapped the manifold out (De-catted), I have a ST-2 exhaust still with backbox and centre box however at over 3.5k rev's i get a horrible rasp noise, Could this possibly be because i need to upgrade my exhaust too or is there a way to get around it without putting the cat back on.
  10. Hi, I have a 1.6L Duratec-16V Ti-VCT Zetec S, Looked about on information on how easy the exhaust manifold is to remove and replace and cant find any, is there clearance for it to get removed and the new one to put in? Will i have to remove any other parts of the car or should i leave it for a mechanic? Any info would be great, cheers.
