How update Navigation Map for Sync3?

Hello

I seem to have been able to download the Sync3 software update, copied it to a memory stick and used this in the car.

Certainly the build version changed.

But! I now go to 

https://syncnavigation.com/ford/home

but it finds that my VIN is invalid !!??

The VIN was accepted on the website for the Sync3 software update!

What now?!
