Pairing Blackberry 9780 With Sony Cd Stereo

Hi, I have just purchased a Ford Mondeo Titainium X with the 6cd Sony stereo and have managed to pair my company phone (Blackberry 9780) and all seems to work fine. However upon returning to the car the stereo will not automaticlly repair with my phone and I have to mess around for a few mins turning the phones bluettoh off and on followed by activating the handset through the stereo. Has anybody had the same problem or know of any fix?
