Urgent! Need Help! Can't Get In Focus

Featured Replies

Hi guys

My car battery died on friday, I replaced the battery and all been fine yesterday. Today I can't even unlock the car! I can't open the car with either fob or with the key in the lock!

Any ideas?

un lock the bonet and charge the battery

by the way Hi welcome :)

I'll try that. Thanks. Very weird as it's a brand new battery.

When you get to the battery check that the connections are tight

I'll do that, cheers. I'm wondering if something is lose as the battery was a little smaller than the original.

is it silver cad one

Wrong battery I'm guessing.

But also, even if it's deadlocked you just need to turn the key as far as it'll go without snapping, or will the key not turn in the barrel at all?
