Morning all, I'm trying to locate some screw fixings for my 2006 focus, the stereo trim is held in with 2 screws into yellow self tapping fittings, but can't find them anywhere. Can anyone help.
Also I have an issue with the drivers seat, the adjustment bar at the back left of the seat moves up and down and I can't tighten up the bolt enough to stop it from moving, I've been forced to put a little block of wood under the mechanism to stop the seat from moving. With the seat adjusted as far down as it'll go the bar doesn't move at all which is fine, but i want the seat higher, and the same with the seat as high as it'll go the bar doesn't move and again thats fine but then you sit to high, to get access to the bolt the seat needs to be up as high as it'll go and you can get to the bolt but of course you need the seat lowered to the seat in a location that the bolt being tightened makes a difference. It's affecting my back at present.

Anyone got any ideas?
