Strange Happenings 09 Mk2.5 Focus.

Featured Replies

Hi all. Had issues with an aftermarket Sony dab radio in car stuck in receiving mode and being unresponsive, only option was to disconnect plug from behind. Since doing that radio now not working and on the dash after I start the car the oil, battery, engine management, and Trc lights are on. None of the dials work for about 35 seconds after the car is started. After this the lights go out and the dash illumination starts to work. Have checked fuse 112 and that is fine. 0 volts to stereo wiring. Does anyone have any ideas as to what to do next?

Strange one this mate,

I hope someone can help;

Any issues with the battery holding voltage?

Battery voltage is fine. May have to go through each fuse one by one 👎👎

Think fuse 107 may have something to do with it too. 10 amp Instrument cluster, Battery supply, on board diagnostics. They are the lights that are lit up. One fuse is constant 12v and the other is switched live. Shame i am at work now to check! :D
