ABS light on new car (not left the garage yet)

Hello everyone I have yet to collect my new Ford Grand CMax from the showroom as it seems to have the ABS light on and they have to get the modulator for it, I was suppose to pick up on Monday 9th May 2016 got phone call last Friday about it, then today I got another phone call today 10th May 16 to say they are waiting on the modulator part. Has anyone had problems in that area, is it a common fault
