Ka Mk2 2009 Service Schedule

Featured Replies

Can anyone help me, please, by providing a link to somewhere I can find details of the recommended service schedule for a Ford Ka Style+ (2009, Mk2)?

The car was bought secondhand a year ago, and was serviced by (non-Ford) dealer before purchase.

Need to make a rational decision about what service to arrange next, since there's little correlation between the age/milage on the car, and I've a very incomplete service record.

Baffled there's no details re the service intervals, and recommended work at each, in the Owners Handbook, or the 'Service Portfolio'!

With thanks.

Here you go. You can also get your original factory build data too.

Thanks, WES180, but whatever browser I try, and whether I have Java enabled or not, I get an error message. Does it work for you?

Put your reg into Vehicle Look Up, this will bring up your factory build data. On the left hand side of the page you can then select Generate Service Schedule.

there you go

12 months or 12500 miles

the servicing is the same across the range

i would have the brake fluid changed as thats a every 2 yr on the ka

and oil plugs all filters and have the radiator fluid changed

that way you know its all got for a few years.

i do my daughters oil change every 2 yrs as she dont do the miles in the car.

hope this has been of help.

this i info is for the mk2 ka but will be same for the older mk1 model

the link worked a treat for my daughters 2010 ka

thanks wes

Thanks, WES180, that route into the system worked, and I now have the info I need.

For the record, the link to the reg no. route is: https://www.etis.ford.com/vehicleRegSelector.do

HOK why the other route didn't work - it always crashed immediately I selected the petrol variant drop-down option.

Thanks again for your help.
