duncanadamsxxx
I have a 2004, 1.3 KA, and after replacing the auxilary belt, I am still getting a squealing when then car runs. The tensioner pulley seems to be rocking a little, so I think it needs replacing. Have also sprayed it with water and the noise stops temporarily. My question is, how do you replace it? To change the belt, I removed the front headlight, but I am not sure if there is the access to remove the tensioner pulley and replace it. I read you may need to remove the inlet manifold?? Any guidance on the process would be gratefully received. Thanks.
