Having trouble starting MK2.5 Focus 08 w/ video

Hey guys, so my focus does this about once a month sometimes more.

It will take a long time to start and when it finally does it does what is shown in the video, constantly stall if i try to drive and will have to be restarted to sound smooth again. Once restarted no issues for about another couple weeks or so. 

I am at a loss here and so are the garages!
