hi all i am new to the site and i am in need for some help i have got an 1998 ford focus 1.6 petrol and what i need help with is 

i needed to replace my fuel pump the other day i have now put a new pump in and i can not get the car started due to fuel not getting in the front of the car i can hear the pump working but no fuel coming out of the fuel lines in the engine bay when i check the fuel filter which is also new i get fuel from there but nothing up front any ideas on what it could be plz thanks

    check the fuel filter it may be blocked it should be just near the tank:smile:

    just seen you have checked it are the fuel lines the right way around

    i have done that and its clear its like there is no presser in the fuel lines or there is an air block but not sure on how to fix and only one way for lines to fit
