Bluetooth & USB 2009 Ztec

Hi All,

I have trawled the this forum and web and not been able to come up with a solution.

I am trying to connect my phone to the Focus. I am able to find the Ford Audio on my phone and get to the point of putting the pin number into the phone, (nothing appears on the radio display). I have tried 0000 Countless times with no success.

The AUX & USB ports are in the centre console, I have the voice control button and the grill next to the reading light.

There are no other phones bonded to the radio. Just a list of phone 1 through 6.

I have tried holding down the on/off button for 10 to 15 seconds to master reset but this has no affect on being able to connect the bluetooth.

I have also tried connecting the phone via usb. It charges but I am unable to access the phone via the AUX button.

I have disconnected the battery.

Any help greatly appreciated as I am tearing my hair out!
