swhite87
just noticed one of my injectors has sprung a leak coating everything in diesel, just wondering if anybody else has experienced this and if so how easy is it to change the seals any help would be greatly appreciated
STEADS
Is it the main seal that sits in the block or has your leak off connector seal gone both easy to do if its the main copper seal get it changed before it carbons up if your still running it when replacing just make sure both faces are clean seal should come out with injector if not and it appears loose you can either buy the tool to get it out or adapt some stiff wire to hook it out if its the the leak off gone theres a place i use called darwen diesel got a good range of spares and very resonable prices usually next day delivery as well . STEADS
Hi not sure if you could read last post i use darwen diesel for all my diesel bits and bobs reasonable prices and usually next day delivery copper seal easy to replace just make sure both surfaces are clean i taped a cloth to a flat bladed screw driver to clean the bore seat that way it does not scratch the seat .
