Was cruise control a factory option on 1.0L/1.25L Fiesta?

Apologies for making a new topic for this but wasn't sure which existing thread to ask this!

I've successfully retrofitted cruise control on my MK7 1.25L Fiesta (2015) and it really helpful. I read somewhere on here that the 1.25L doesn't have enough torque to engage it but I'm not sure how that is relevant. Usually, I get up to my desired speed and simply activate cruise control.

I'm wondering, was CC an optional extra from factory on the less-powerful engines such as the 1.0L (non turbo) and 1.25L when buying new back then? I can't find anything in the 2015 brochure unless I'm looking at the wrong brochure.

In other words, is cruise control not recommended in any way for the 1.0/1.25L from an "engine health" point of view rather than performance?

    Not an option on 1.25 but not for the reason that you think. It's trim level specific. Standard on Titanium, Titanium X and ST3. Optional on Zetec S and ST2. 1.25 engine was only available in Zetec, Style or Studio.

    1.0 non-turbo was available in Titanium trim, those did get cruise control as with any other engine in that trim.
