Clock Slow

Featured Replies

No matter how many times I put my radio clock right it ends up being slow. I've been told I can download a firmware update for it but my Google searches reveal nothing. Can anyone advise please?

this is a known problem with the c max and ford are keeping quiet about it, some how the radio picks up two different rds signals which it then uses to set the clock hense the wrong time. all i can suggest is get on to ford they know about the problem and dont let them fob you off. be carefull if you let ford look at your radio, i have heard of dealers who are permanantley switching off the rds function and then manually setting the time to cure the fault. this cures the clock fault but does away with the rds search function so be warned. hope this helps.
