Problem with the information-entertainment display

Could you pls help me?

 

I am driving a Grand C-Max and now it has this problem with the information and entertainment display.

 

When I turn it on, by default I can listen to the radio. However, all the other buttons do not work, including the clock, CD, Bluetooth, everything. When I click on any button apart from the Radio, none works. 

Is there any likely problem? Or should I reset something?

    What system is this? Sync, sync 2?

    I had this when I changed my radio. Pulled the fuse out/ take the battery off and seemed to work fine after.
