Got a problem with my focus estate mk3 1.6 TDCi. It's randomly failing to start no warning lights on but when it doesn't start I have a message on computer saying 'normal mode' then 'immobiliser active' we've checked the battery outage and it's 12.5 with the engine off it seems the alternator isn't functioning properly as it drops slightly with the engine on..... does anyone know what brand the Alternator would be so i can source one without paying garage prices?
