Hi I have a problem my car shakes and rattles after accelerating from about 1000 to 2000 revs in idle fine and above 2000 revs only slightly nothing like lower end.  I have had new injectors but not coded by ford only by a FORScan bought on line.   I have also look up symptoms  it could be a MAF sensor I have ordered A new one any extra help would be appreciated.
