Fiesta 7 front parking sensor replacement.

So the downside to working in the country a stone has cracked the lens of the front parking sensor on the grill. So now I’m permantly about to hit something according to the car.  

 

2 questions. Are all the ford sensors the same (so I just need a sensor rather than a ‘front’ one). 

And how do you get the damn bit of plastic off the grill containing the sensor??? Google is not my friend in this endevor!
