Rear center seat belt

Hi, 

I hope I'm posting in the right section and hope that someone can help me. 

My dog destroyed the rear center seat belt of my 2015 ford fiesta... I remove the broken one, and after a difficult search I found a spare one on ebay and I bought it.

At this point I'm blocked, because I think the red/black part of the belt has to pass through the hole in the high part of the seat, but I can't do it.

Someone know how to mount the belt?

Thanks a lot and excuse me for my poor language...
