Over extended CV joint after clutch change?

Just had the clutch, dmf and slave replaced at Ford - so I guess box drop out for that, plus what ever has to be pulled off\out

I've been driving the car now a few days and have noticed and intermittent knock from the from left wheel when turning right. In a straight line, no issues.

When at stationary and dry steering lock-lock, there is a horrible load squeak coming from behind the left front wheel.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas what I could check, before I drop another £95 on a allen Ford diagnostic charge. Someone has mentioned an over extended CV joint?
