Changing a double din

Hi i have a fiesta zetec 06 plate and i have purchased a new double din stereo 7inch, its a xgody  7018b. Its a lot smaller then the current standard stereo as dont play cds. So my question is this, will i need a cage and where would i find the fascia as the one i ordered (standard double din fascia) is to small and what loom would i need as theres 1000s. Thanks all and looking forward to getting this sorted.
