Rears parking sensors and left dash indicator faults.

Hi I am not sure if this is the right place to post this but hope someone can help. I recently bought a secondhand 2007  fusion. Yesterday the rear parking sensor stopped working temporarily, i noticed it as I arrived home and when I went back to check  half hour later it was working fine... Later that night my left hand side dash indicator light stopped flashing.... The indicators worked fine, just the dashboard light was off... Again when I started the car for work this morning the light has come back on and all is fine again... I'm concerned this may be a sign of a larger issue. Are these two faults related? Any advice would be appreciated.
