Hi all, I got my 18 Plate Titanium X in March (after a 6 month delay!) and something that's been bothering me is that whenever I set the bass/treble/fader/balance etc. in Ford Sync 3, it resets after I turn my car off and back on.

My dealership are not very knowledgable I've discovered, and when I told them about my issue they said they'd not heard of anyone experiencing the same thing.

 

Has anyone else?

Forgot to specify 'Sync 3'

Sounds like the two threads are related.

Like it's resetting the volume and EQ settings not holding them when the car is off.

Hey, I’ve got a Mk8 Fiesta & I have this same problem. It’s a bug bearer as it doesn’t save. I’ve even recently had an update & still nothing.

Did you manage to get any further with this issue??
