hi  I have a ford s max build date June 2007  when I got the car 2 weeks ago the Sat Nav didn’t work due to no disc in the ford nx touch screen unit . I bought a ford  blaupunkt Europe 2007 disc and put it in but a message appears saying data carrier version is incompatible install latest main software version first . And then another message says please insert original data carrier . Don’t know what to do next could anyone advise me please
