Afternoon peoples,

 

i'm new to this site and ive bought a Fiesta Metal a couple of weeks ago but no matter if the button is pushed in, or pushed out (shows red colour) the seats always feel like they are getting warmed up and before i took it to an auto electrician i thought id see if anyone one knew what would cause this.
