Duratec Engine Power difference

Hi, 

Apologies im new here so if there is already a thread on this but i cant find one or a search feature.

I have noticed that the 1300 Duratec shows different power figures in the same KA's due to the Engine code either a BAA a A9A or A9B the latter 2 are showing as having more PS and i would imagine although its only 10 on a small car that helps.

Is there a way of finding out what cars were produced with what engines? or is it just hit and miss?
