Gear box whine/ poor selection

Got a 66 plate 100ps. The box whines in 1gear quite badly and doesn't select foreard gears very smoothly and you can feel 3 snick when selecting it.

Reverse is perfect.

It's only done 20000. Anyone had this problem and what's the cause?
