Sync 3 apps missing

We have a C-Max with Sync 3. When we bought it earlier this year it had UK Radioplayer pre-installed as an app. Recently that has disappeared from the system and when I try and download it or any other apps I just get a messsge that no apps are svailable. I've tried a master reset but it has made no difference. Csn anyone suggest how to solve it?

    I noticed that Radioplayer popped up as an app for a short period of time but quickly slipped away again.
    You can open the app on your phone then play & control it via Bluetooth as I now do.

    Download radio player to your phone and you will be able to use via Sync 3
