Hello. 

I have a Ford Fiesta edge on a 61 plate. My usb has just stopped working. I’ve googled how to replace the wire and it says there should be some box thing under the glove box but I don’t have one. 

Is there anything else I need to do it look for? I’m completely useless when it comes to cars. Don’t really wanna take it to ford as they will cost a fortune no doubt.
