Focus mk2 1.6tdci won't start

Hi all

I've had my focus standing for a month as I've been away with work. I've come back and it initially started but had no accelerator response, when I've turned it off it won't start back up and the red dot on the dash just flashes. 

 

I've resoldered the 36 pins on the cluster as that was an issue previously, but it's not helped. 

 

Any thoughts, I've attached what I could
