I have a ford cmax 55plate

my key fob does not work, i have tried to program it by turing key from i to ii 4 time i get the first beep but when i press button on fob to pair i get no responce at all, I have tried to use the fob on another and it programs fine so i know for sure there is no issue with the fob itself,  just wont program on my cmax, 

 

also 

my boot does not open at all when i unlock doors with the key an try to press boot button between the number plate lights nothing happens 

 

any ideas with both these issues thanks
