Hi all just a few questions

first of all I cant get the washer to work pump sounds ok but nothing is getting through to the jets. I've tryed the pipes and thay seem clean can blow through them but still no joy any ideas

and second 1 of the keys wont open the drivers door It will open pasangers and boot and even start engine.

any help is much appreciated as its my doughters first car i myself dont drive but am quite good at maintinace ect

1st Problem, your washer pump will have frozen (no screenwash?) then the impellor snapped, now its defrosted it will spin but not push the water through.

2nd Your door lock tumblers will be worn, We can repair these for £7.50 but you would have to remove lock and send it with a spare key...the lock will be stripped and rebuilt with new tumblers and will still work of the same key.
