Hi, just wondering if anyone can share any experience with this problem.... On a cold start the passenger door makes quite a loud hum/rattle. When the cars got abit warm it dies down. If i open the door while its rattling, it stops. Also with some bass heavy songs it does it. Another thing is that shutting the passenger door with minium force, it sounds like somethings loose and almost like something inside has broke, the drivers side is a nice smooth shut very quiet in comparison. Ive took the door card off and checked for anything obvious and it doesnt look like anything has broke off, nothings loose, nothing obvious that could be moving around. its driving me insane when i start the car in a morning. You can even hear it from outside the passenger door. Im going to have a better look when the weathers better but has anyone come across this and managed to fix it? Im thinking it could be the window mechanism possibly, dont think the wires behind there could cause it? 

All of the screws/bolts/retaining clips on the door card are present?

Did you take off just the trim door card or the window mechanism as well? I would try this if there was not anything obvious with just the door card removed. Lastly, you could take off the door card on the other side to compare the two sides to make sure nothing is out of place.
