stop start not working

hi every one .I have ford fiesta 2013 1.6 td .witch the stop and start was working .but seems to have stopped .even after giving a long run still not working

so I thought I would put a fault code reader on and see what comes up  if any thing .and this fault came up VPWR-IC MODULE supply voltage 14.4 vote

and code u300f00 0f and ignition input accessory..could someone please help me  and advise me where these are fitted on a ford fiesta .and what needs to be replaced to sort it .

I have tried doing a reset but will not work .I tried deleting the codes but the faults come back when I rescan again .

any help would be greatful .also could it be a blown fuse .
