Hi . I've a 2009 tdci  titanium UK spec fiesta. 

I  have no  air coming through vents.  And I get the clicking noise .

I've took the stearing wheel cowling  off to get to the part . But unlike the videos I've saw . Mine has a square  box  restricting  any access. 

 

I don't know what it is or if I can take it out. I've uploaded a pic of it . 

With winter coming in its time to get it fixed .

Also.where in UK does the part new . It's auto climate controls car has
