Yep, was called Plastidip then. Works well

Great on rope ends and tool handles as well. You can get its in spray form now as well

    Yes I use this for wiring repairs when I’ve been using self piercing probes of over soldered joints if I’ve got time to let it dry.

    how long does it take to dry  supposes it depends on time of year thanks

    Depends how thick you put it on, it’s pretty gooey stuff and takes a it of practice to put it on thin lol. 

    If you can get it on nice and thin then allow 5-10 mins, longer if it’s cold.
