A while ago it seemed that some later Edges had 230 instead of 210 PS, but nobody seemed to be sure. Mine showed as 230 on ETIS. I've just got the aircon pulley recall letter and that says 230 too. I think I'll have to get it tested now. 🤔

Funnily enough I had my recall letter today and that quotes my car as having the 2.0 ltr DW 230PS engine. 😁

No letter for me YET, but mine is 230PS on Etis. 

Mine says 230 PS on ETIS too, It`s going in to dealer to get AC Pulley on Wednesday.  I didn`t get letter but picked it up on ETIS site and informed the dealer last year.  Been waiting on parts up till now.

Ford have recognised an issue, contacted as many people as possible and are fixing it for nothing.

Is that not what everyone wants nowadays?

Mines was waiting when i got home at lunch time today. 😏

Had my letter  yesterday. Thing is- mine as already been replaced as it packed in last summer. Should I still get it done anyway do you think? My worry is they just  put the a new version of the same part back in

Yes, but I’ll be without my beloved Edge for a day.  Boo hoo.

I would get it checked again to make sure the part replaced last year was of the latest level. The only way to ensure this is to have it done again.

The bhp change from 210 -230 on 17 plate edges.

I raised an issue with low mpg compared with my first 2 edges which where 210vhp.

I was advised low mpg due to maps being 230 now.

Obviously all cars where autos 

Mines a mar 17 reg and is down as 230. I could never understand why some of the early reviews said it was slow- I’ve always thought it’s a pretty quick car for its size.

Mine's a July 2016 build and still shows as 230.

Checking Etis for something else, I checked details of my Edge. It shows as 180PS according to ethos.

Looks like yours has started dismantling by itself H.   Mines goes in to dealer tomorrow for AC Clutch/Pulley recall.

Phone your dealers and ask.

Not had a recall letter and my car is not showing as needing it on Ford Etis site. So are not all Edge's getting recalled? 180 Titanium 2017 here.

Hi All

I tend to think that by reading the posts on this topic, it seems to be only applicable to the 210/230 ps engine variants, though not sure as to only Auto or both transmission types.

After again checking Etis this morning, my car still not showing as being affected by this service recall.

Though I could well be proved wrong on this.
