Not The Usual Steering Pump Fault

As reported in the "I don't like" thread.

Grinding noise from the front of the car, quick look, couldn't see anything. Drove the 5 minutes home, had another look, steering fluid everywhere.

Suggested it was the usual pipe split fault but after cleaning, refilling reservoir and running engine it looks like it's leaking up through the fitting shown in the picture (pic was taken after I had cleaned it again for clarity)

So the question is, what is the connection? Pressure sensor? And, more importantly, is it a new pump or can the fitting itself just be changed?

Yeah, I've been doing a bit of Googling and came up with the same answer. I can get the whole switch including the union for about £30 so for piece of mind I might just go for that.
