Clutch bite point & Throttle responce

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Just looking to see if people can advise where their clutch bite points are and how responsive their throttle is.

Info -

Clutch: mines rather high, like very near the top, but I've heard this is very common with Ford's?

Throttle response: I have to press down about an inch on the throttle before I notice any kinds of response? I get a little out of it, but it's almost no speed increase until I got a certain depth of the press?

Thanks all.

fairly high clutch seems normal, note: they get higher as they wear out..

that throttle response is wrong.... if fly by wire (electronic potentiometer) rather than a cable nothing to adjust. drive / sit in another of exact same model and compare
