BOV query, what RPM should it be releasing the pressure?

Hello,

I recently installed an adjustable DVX Diverter, I have the pre-loaded spring wound out quite a lot and it is releasing the pressure at very low revs, I was just wondering what would be a safe RPM to run it at? I only really want it releasing the pressure at 4k+, but will this damage the car?

Focus ST Mk3, Revo stage 2.
