Hi I got ford focus 2011 plate 1.6tdci 

I have problem with engine temperature keep playing,on the dashboard keep jumping from 88 to 70 again go up.but don't go more like 88

When turn on max heating temperature again go down.its have new thermostat but still same problem.

Can someone explain or its normal like this or have to stay always 88?

Coolant level in tank stay same like have to be.
