Focus MK2 Gearbox Leak Help

Hello, I have a 2005 MK2 Focus that seems to have a gearbox oil leak, Doesnt seem to be leaking whe sat still more when driving the car, deffinatly gearbox oil that is leaking as it smells strong. Driveshaft seals are ok, Would be greatful if someone could help.

Hello F0CUE thanks for the reply, did yours look exacally the same as this? Oil seems to have got everywhere, even a lot higher than the seal? 

With the build up in the case the oil leaking out scatters everywhere.

Checked that seal today and all is ok with it as its all dry, any other ideas i have checked PAS fluid and tha has not dropped and level is ok??
