rear side lights lights not working but brake lights do

Hi, I need some help and advice, I have a 2013 1.0 ecoboost and the rear side lights and number plate lights are not working. The brake lights, indicators and reverse lamp work fine, we had not noticed since buying as it was only used in the day for the school run but its now due an mot. i have changed the bulbs with no luck, I dont know which fuse or if there is one for the rear sidelights or what it could be. has anyone had this happen and found a fix?
