Hi everyone 

Apologies as I know this question has been asked before but I still can't find a solution. 

I've got a 57 plate focus that I've had for years, radio and cd player work fine but when I press to use the phone/hands free the screen says 'audio muted' and I can't use any of the phone options.   All the solutions I've seen so far have basically concluded that the cars in question do not have this function but I know my car does have that option as it worked for the first few years.  

I've tried disconnecting the battery and this hasn't helped. Do I need a new bluetooth module or is there something else I can try?
