I can't for the life of me work out how to adjust the volume on the satnav guidance

I did once see an option on screen to do that but how on earth do you get it to appear? Anyone?

Set a destination and whilst the nav prompts are being announced just turn the volume up.
I know it's not a very logical thing to not put seperate volume controls in the menu, it bugs me too.

Its baffled many, myself included, i found it by accident

Iirc on sync2 there were seperate volume sliders in the settings menu.
Strange that wasn't considered necessary on sync3 systems. [emoji2955]

If you show Navigation on your cluster using the Right steering wheel options, pressing OK will sound the next nav instruction. You can change the volume whilst shes talking. Just press OK again if you haven't set it to your liking! (It's a pity there is no repeat instruction option on the Sync screen itself!!)

Had a play and managed to get the volume to an acceptable level - thanks for the help 

What a pfaff though - yet another element of SYNC3 that should have stayed in last century

You have to catch it when its talking, took me a couple of attepts to get it
