Gearbox crunch on Fiesta 2015 Mk7

Featured Replies

Before I take this back to the garage and no doubt get fobbed out with "oh its normal" I thought I would run it past you guys, cause to me its nothing normal. (Cars and me don't really get on)

Basically gear changers from 1st to 5th no problem, but when you give the car a bit of stick and make a quick high revving gear change all is ok as well, apart from 2nd to 3rd or 3rd to 4th

Will only happen if you try and change from 2nd to 3rd and Revs are still going above 3000RPM (its the same coming back down from 4th to 3rd)

Yet if you wait for the Revs to drop below 3000RPM it goes in sweet as a nut.

Anyone else had this? what was the outcome? Fault or normal?
