Streetka indicator problem ??

Hi to all,

The indicators on my Streetka work fine and are visible all round the car. The problem is that when the near side indicator is activated the green flasher light on the instrument panel works but when the offside is activated the green instrument light does not work. It does not work at all when the hazard lights are activated even though they are visible to the front and rear of the car. Any ideas please as this is driving me mad. Thanks in advance.
